Vision Theater

Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-28 · Plain language on purpose

Vision Theater is a service for watching and publishing immersive video on Apple Vision Pro, operated by Vision Theater (“we”). It has two parts: the app, where audiences watch, and the creator portal, where work is published. Using either means you accept these terms.

1. The service

We host, present and sell access to immersive experiences made by creators. The catalogue, the features and the formats will grow and change; what you have paid for is honoured through change. Publishing access is granted by application or invitation, and every published work has passed a human review.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your Apple Account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account; you must be old enough to hold an Apple Account in your country and to enter these terms. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

3. Creators and their work

4. Money

5. Viewers

6. What is ours

The app, the portal, the Vision Theater name and marks, and everything we built to present the work are ours. These terms give you no licence to them beyond using the service as offered.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe a work on Vision Theater infringes your rights, write to questions@watchvisiontheater.com with the work, the claimed rights, and how to reach you. We investigate every claim, remove infringing work, and terminate repeat infringers. Creators are told what was claimed and may respond.

8. Apple

The app is distributed through the App Store under Apple’s standard Licensed Application terms, which apply to the app copy itself. Apple is not responsible for the service, its content or these terms, and is a third-party beneficiary of this section with the right to enforce it.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. If we terminate a creator without cause, earned but unpaid amounts are still paid out.

10. The honest legal part

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of availability or fitness, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — except where the law does not allow such limits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away consumer rights the law gives you where you live.

11. Disputes

Talk to us first: questions@watchvisiontheater.com reaches a person. These terms are governed by the law of the place where Vision Theater is established, without displacing consumer protections that apply where you live.

12. Changes

We will post changes here with a new version date, and notify creators of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. The version you accepted is recorded with its date.
